Chapel Valley Farm – Central Florida Wedding – The Harris’s

At Chapel Valley Farm in Eustis, FL, Chris and Shannon became The Harris’s 🙂

It was June in Florida so if you were wondering if it was hot that day, let’s just say that by the end of the day, the kids just took it amongst themselves to jump in the pool fully clothed!  I was quite impressed that they even waited until the end of the day 😉  We all prayed all day for the impending storms and dark gray clouds to pass and man…were out prayers answered!  I don’t remember a single drop of rain falling even though the radar had us at about an 80% chance ALL DAY!

I met Chris and Shannon a couple of years ago at my church, theCross Mount Dora and from there, we helped plant a campus in Apopka.  So over time, I’ve gotten to get to know them and their beautiful children. When Shannon had asked me to take “just a couple” pictures at their wedding at Chapel Valley Farm, of course my answer was YES!  I knew I didn’t have it in me to just take “just a couple” pictures.

 

 

 

This outdoor covered area was absolutely PERFECT for the reception space.  Plenty of room for guests to mingle and get out of the hot Florida sun!  And of course….PLENTY of room for dancing!

 

 

 

 

 

Always one of my favorite moments of the day.  On almost any wedding day, its so hard to get 2 seconds away from the hub bub and just enjoy each other.

Shannon and Chris opted not to have a first look but opted to meet on opposite sides of the fence, exchange notes and pray together.
